Tim Vant to Represent Alberta Liberals in Edmonton-Strathcona

Alberta Liberals in Edmonton-Strathcona met on Thursday night to celebrate the nomination of Tim Vant, a local businessman who plans on running a strong campaign in the upcoming provincial election.  Vant, the owner and operator of the Fiore Cantina Italiana, a popular fixture of the Garneau neighborhood, was joined by Alberta Liberal Leader Kevin Taft at the event.

“Albertans are looking for change, and I cannot think of a better tonic to 37 years of tired Tory government than Tim Vant,” Taft said.

Vant is a lifelong resident of the Edmonton area and a staunch supporter of Edmonton’s arts community.  “I’m proud to be part of the Alberta Liberal team, and I look forward to working hard to earn the privilege of being your MLA for Edmonton-Strathcona.
